How Sports Transformed Kabir Gupta: From Cute Little Boy to Confident Leader

Kabir Gupta’s journey from a timid, cute little boy to a confident young adult is a testament to the power of sports. Encouraged by his parents to take up physical activities, Kabir soon realized that sports are much more than just games—they are a path to building character, confidence and resilience.

The Journey began.. Karate as a Catalyst

Kabir’s breakthrough came in 2016 when he secured 3rd place in a karate tournament, sparking his dedication to train harder. Over the years, his unwavering commitment led to numerous accolades, including 1st place at the 2018 National Open Karate Championship.
In 2023, Kabir achieved his karate black belt—a proud symbol of his perseverance and growth. Thanks to team Resilience for constant support and wonderful coaching.

Beyond karate, Kabir’s passion for sports extended to football. When In grade 5, he was selected as a striker for the under-12 school football team at Vibgyor High, Haralur, becoming an integral part of the squad. His enthusiasm didn’t stop there—Kabir also excelled in various school sports events, bringing home a collection of prizes in long jump and judo.

Apart from competitive sports, he enjoys lawn -tennis and swimming as recreational activities.

In 2024, Kabir’s leadership skills, sportsman spirit and dedication earned him the role of school sports captain at TCIS, where he had inspire his peers with his commitment and positive spirit.
His journey from a shy boy to a role model reflects his hard work, discipline and the courage to push beyond limits.

None of these would have been possible without the unwavering support and the invaluable guidance of his coaches.. And ofcourse Kabir’s own relentless determination to succeed.
