Also as certified fitness advocate from UK Fitness education with over 14 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry, he has developed a profound understanding of physical training and the importance of mental well-being. He is also an avid cyclist, swimming expert, nature lover and he passionately serves as a trek leader.
