Meet Mansoor, Founder & CEO-Resilience
Mansoor is a dynamic and passionate leader in the sports and fitness community, holding an impressive 5th DanKarate black belt from OKINAWA GOJU-RYU KARATE-DO MALAYSIA and 4th Dan black belt from HINDUSTAN KARATE FEDERATION (HKF) and alongside numerous national championships. Also as certified fitness advocate from UK Fitness education with over 14 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry, he has developed a profound understanding of physical training and the importance of mental well-being. He is also an avid cyclist, swimming expert, nature lover and he passionately serves as a trek leader. Mansoor is committed to promoting holistic health, fitness and sports practices through indoor and outdoor activities that empower individuals to embrace a balanced lifestyle.

The Holistic World Karate Federation (HWKF) is an esteemed international karate organization dedicated to the Martial Art of self defence KARATE, discipline, and promotion of sports, fitness and holistic development across the globe in association with Zejuke Martial Arts and Resilience Sports and Fitness Academy.
